In order to provide additional services and help to pay the costs of the radio station, Radio Jammor is launching its own online shop and merchandise.
Radio Jammor has partnered with a Print on Demand (POD) supplier to be able to offer Radio Jammor is on the air… (RJIOTA) branded merchandise, with several designs, on about 35 different products with over 100 different colour options.
Items
We are able to offer a variety of drinking items, mugs, bottles, coasters and placemats, plus other accessories, with designs that may appeal to Scottish independence supporters in particular.
Additionally, there is a range of clothing, from tee-shirts, and hoodies to kitchen aprons.
Radio Jammor followers will recognise the designs as being used by us already on social media. You can now get them in physical form from the shop, on an item of clothing, or on another available product, such as the above.
Several designs are listed in full, those being the ones aimed at Scottish independence supporters, with the products and colours that are available for them.
This is in part to demonstrate what products and colours are available for all the other designs we have, as well.
Radio Jammor is also making available all the art work we use (including the RJ logo) as a design option on these products.
The other available art work can be found within the blog post here (and some examples are below). Therefore, if you wish to obtain one of these designs on one of the products on offer, please contact us and enquire and we can give you a quote.
Colours
Some words about those colours are in order.
Radio Jammor has included a variety of clothing options, to give people options over as many products as we reasonably can.
You should note that some items will have different costs for different colours. A good example of this is the Tote Bag, where “White” and “Natural” are cheaper choices than all the other colours.
Otherwise, it is generally the case, but not always the case, that items in white, or e.g. “Arctic White”, may cost less than other available colours.
We also look forward to receiving orders for items in the colours “Nude” or “Digital Lavender”. It will tell us so much about you! 😆
There are a fair few (50 perhaps) shades of grey, as well as the likes of Jet Black, Black Smoke or… err… Black. If you struggle to see from the difference between one from another on the images, join the club!
Hey, we didn’t invent these colour names or shades!
We don’t want to overstate the issue, as for most items, it will be straight forward. Most of these differentiations are down to the colour names on different products, so there will be few if any such issues. We just want you to be aware up-front of this when selecting a colour for your chosen item, especially if it is clothing.
Also, any colour mis-spellings are not ours! We just copied them over, ‘as is’, to maintain consistency when ordering from the supplier. So yes, the spelling was noticed (especially on a certain shade of brown). No need to point it out!
Sizes
Sizes available are stated on each product. Not all will sizes will be available on all items Note that the size may also affect the price.
Delivery and postage
Delivery costs and times are based on our supplier’s charges and times.
Radio Jammor will charge a minimum fee of £3.55 and up to a maximum of £10.35.
Delivery times vary for accessories and clothing, bearing in mind order handling and printing. Accessories will generally take 2-4 days, clothing 4-7 days, including handling time.
Radio Jammor will only be selling these items in the UK. However, if anyone outside of the UK is interested in any Radio Jammor merchandise, we may be able to arrange to make such available through US suppliers, albeit using similar but different products and pricing. Contact us and enquire and we can give you a quote.
Summary
This merchandise is another service that Radio Jammor is offering in order to help support the cause, and provide a revenue stream for the station.
The main merchandise on offer is primarily aimed at Scottish independence supporters, particularly with regard to items of clothing, for perhaps wearing at meetings, stalls, events or rallies, or for at home.
In any event, bearing in mind the costs of supply and delivery, anything purchased will help towards the cost of maintaining the Scottish independence supporting station that is Radio Jammor.
This is also an experiment. We are giving it three months and will see how it goes.
